    • Beatrice 2nd daughter of John Hanson Sperling and Anna Maria Barrow. Very devout family JHSperling being a high church anglican clergyman who converted to Roman Catholicism in the l880's. Family was very rich and lived, after he had to leave the Anglican rectory of Westbourne,in th Royal Crescent in Bath. Beatrice married in Bath l883 Auguste Count de Sommery - afrench/belgium aristocratic family who had fled france during the revolution and set up home in Bath. The newly married couple returned to Belgium where they set up home. Unfortunately Count de Sommery died in 1899 in Bruges and his widow Countess de Sommery entered a conventin France and died in 1956.
